Greek Fighting Spartan War Sword with Black Blade and Shoulder Scabbard

This massive 47 inch alien weapon is straight out of your favorite sci-fi series and movie, Star Trek. It doesn't get any more realistic than this with the all one piece stainless construction and padded leather-wrapped grips. It isn't factory sharpened, but can be brought to an edge with ease. The bat'leth is a curved blade with spiked protrusions and handholds along the middle of the blade's back. In battle, the handholds are used to twirl and spin the blade rapidly.

This sword represents the stars and crescent moon and the characters are laser engraved into the shiny stainless steel. While the edge is a little bit sharp, the mirror polished finish is stunning in person and you could nearly use it like a mirror. The unique handle guard integrates visually through the faux leather wrapped grip and extends out the bottom and into the matching pommel. This particular sword comes with a hard scabbard which is made of light weight hardwood that is wrapped in faux leather.

The unique guard is solid metal and appears to have a twist pattern with golden or brass antiqued finish. The handle grip is solid carved wood, a lightweight hardwood known for it's durability and comfort. The pommel matches the guard well, same astounding finish and rounded design. The blade is polished stainless steel and about 31.5 inches long with a wide blade profile, especially at the base where it is 2 inches in width. Comes with a free sheath.
