Bought this as a gift for my Dad who has been a Lord of the Rings fan for a long time. He was very happy with it which made me happy as well. I like the foam versions of these better because you can have fun battles with them. I wouldn't really be willing to swing a $150 dollar metal sword around as to me those are better suited for displaying. This durable foam sword is perfect for mock swordfights.
