This dapple textured fixed blade knife is crafted with 3Cr13 stainless steel. The unpolished metal has a silver color and stretches full tang down through the handle and to the security ring. The sharpened blade is wide and flat, with a knuckle hole positioned just above the hilt of the handle. The roughed textured of the metal helps keep things from sticking to it, be it berries, fruit, or wild game. The broad pointed tip is versatile for its size, with the blade finger hole giving extreme control over smaller slices and cuts. At about 3.25-inches long, the fine edge and pointed tip make up the business end of this steel hand hatchet.

Taking this urban cleaver out and about won't turn heads like a full sized axe would. These compact knives only measure 7.25 inches total, including the safety ring, with the black Pakkawood handle taking up about 3 inches of that length. This camping knife is designed to travel, as it comes with its own fitted nylon sheath that snaps over the sharp axe head to protect against accidents. This chopping weapon weighs just about 6 ounces, so you won't have a hard time carrying it around from place to place.
